Banjul Industrial Tribunal to Resume Sittings on Monday Says Chairman


By Mamadou DemPrincipal Magistrate Hillary Abeke of the Banjul Magistrates’ Court (BMC), who also doubles as Chairman of the Banjul Industrial Tribunal,  yesterday, Thursday, 19 June, 2014  disclosed to this paper that the Tribunal will resume its sittings at the said Court with effect from Monday, 23rd June, 2014. The Chairman of the Tribunal on labour related matters therefore took the opportunity to notify all parties in the respective cases to attend sittings promptly.“Failure to attend court will lead to consequential order of court,” said the Tribunal Chairman. The other panellists sitting alongside the Chairman in the Tribunal include Mr. Abdourahman Cole, Mr. Ismaila Njie and Alh. Lamin Bah. ]]>
