Scorpions Camp Depleted By Injuries

National team gaffer Sang Ndong is battling injury crisis after key players sustained abrasions.

Goalkeeper Baboucarr Gaye who plies his trade with second tier German side Armenia Berefield, is out of the friendlies in Marackech upon sustaining a broken finger.

Portugal-based attacker Yusupha Njie will also miss the tie due to a meniscus injury as well as his half-brother Tijan Jaiteh who’s suffering from a hamstring.

Raymond Mendy of Tunisian side Sfaxien is also ruled out owing to a groin.

Doubt is also being cast on the availability of UK-based stars Mustapha Carayol and Modou Barrow are both said to have picked up slight abrasions while Bubacarr Trawally is on holiday in Dubai.

Lamin Jallow of Italian second tier side Cesena will be present for Gambia after his employers softened their stance not to let him go.

Debutants Badamosi of Moroccan outfit FUS Rabat and Yusupha Bobb will help fill the boots of the absentees.
