IMAM FATTY REMOVED FROM STATE MOSQUE

Ousman Sillah It has been announced on Tuesday, 4 November, that Imam Abdoulie Fatty, Imam Fattythe l Imam of state house mosque, was removed from the position with immediate effect, according to a press release read out in the 8pm news of the Gambia Radio and Television Services (GRTS). No explanation was given as to the reason (s) for his removal from the position. However, the same release stated that he is replaced by Imam Momodou Lamin Touray, the President of the Supreme Islamic Council.]]>
