How will the Coalition contest the National Assembly elections?

Coalition 2016 is not a political party. It is established as United Front to sponsor one Presidential Candidate irrespective of party or non-party affiliation. They succeeded in the presidential election.

National Assembly election is the next important institution that should be controlled by mature members who would be able to scrutinise all government policies and programmes aimed at addressing the needs and aspirations of the people.

The public is interested in knowing whether the members of the Coalition are going to put up national assembly candidates across the board or divide the constituencies among themselves and support one party candidate for each constituency. Some members of the Coalition are already sending forms to register people under the party. It is therefore important for the Coalition members to meet and decide how they intend to contest the national assembly elections. Any delay leads to ill preparation for the national assembly elections.
