Does Gambia Have A Valid Constitution Which Is Now To Be Reviewed For Improvement?

The answer is in the positive. Currently there is only one valid constitution in the country, that is contained in the Revised version of the Laws of The Gambia 2009 and any amendment made through Acts of the National Assembly after that date, which should form part of the Constitution of The Gambia.
